Officials from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) – Ilocos Norte and the Subec Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative with Mayor Rafael Ralph Benemerito hold a MOA Signing and Groundbreaking Ceremony for the establishment of the Taro Chips Processing Center on September 16, 2025 in Barangay Subec, Pagudpud. The project, under the Village Level Farm-Focused Enterprise Development (VLFED) Project, aims to boost farmers’ livelihood through value-adding agri-enterprise.
